What locations can I picnic at?

Currently we offer picnics for the following locations:

  • AirBnbs

  • Backyard + Parks

  • Beaches

  • Event Spaces

  • Don’t see a picnic location listed inquire with us and we will let you know if that location is suitable and available for picnicking.


How does booking work?

We take a 25% non-refundable deposit to lock in your picnic date. The remainder of the amount is due on or before set up on your picnic date.

*Ideal timing to book is a week in advanced. If its a last minute booking we need 24-48 hours.* We try and work with you the best we can with any last minute bookings but sometimes we can’t always make accommodations due to availability!

What is the cancellation policy?

We know life happens. You have a 24 hour window (from the time of your booking) to cancel your reservation and receive a refund. A 3% processing fee will be taken out. If you cancel outside of this window you will not receive your deposit.


What is the weather policy?

Florida can be a little unpredictable at times but we keep a close eye on the weather predictions and radars on the day of your picnic.

If the weather is looking bad for the day of the picnic, we will contact you the night before and discuss steps you would like to take- move the picnic inside or reschedule to a different date.

If winds are over 15 MPH it is unsafe to have the picnic and we must reschedule.

You have 90 days to reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule and weather is to blame you will receive a refund.


Do you provide Alcohol?

We work with certified vendors to bring you specialty cocktail creations and wine tasting experiences upon request.

BYOB is our motto!

Can I bring my own food?

YES! You always have the option to bring your own food!
